Hatha: Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga. Classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. Each class will typically include centering, warm ups, sun salutations, standing postures, balancing, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, savasana and meditation. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels. o yoga experience required.

Meditation: Meditation is an important part of the journey inward and a regular practice benefits the mind and body. Some of the benefits include improved focus and concentration, reduction in stress and anxiety, overall enhancement in health, wellbeing and happiness.

Yoga Nidra: Also known as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is practiced entirely in a reclined, savasana position. The yoga teacher will move through a guided meditation and offer long periods of silence to allow for deep relaxation. Yoga nidra may be offered at the end of a regular group class.
